Manufacturing The Manufacturing Department's
primary thrust is the fabrication, welding, assembly and packaging of
the corporation's products to meet the established quality guidelines,
production projections, and shipping schedules.
Materials Management The Materials Department's
primary thrust is the planning, purchasing, receiving, and transportation of
quality materials and supplies at the best price, delivery and terms available
to the Manufacturing Department and the shipment of finished products and
service parts to our customers.
Engineering The Engineering Department's primary
thrust is the attainment of the Company's objectives on new products, product
improvements, product enhancements, and product cost reductions within the
established developmental budget, time schedule and the resources available, by
vigorously supporting with efficient, responsible, accountable and competent
engineering product project management, product documentation, design criteria,
product specifications, and dealer support services.
Sales The Sales Department's primary thrust is the
development of unit sales, distribution channels, dealer relations, forecasting
for each product, and implementation of marketing plans to achieve the corporate
sales objectives in both a dealer organization and retail sales operation.
Service The Service Department's primary thrust is
the education of and assistance to dealers in the maintenance, installation and
repair/servicing of our product.
Marketing The Marketing Department's primary
thrust is the conception, development and monitoring of the market plan, market
research, advertising, communications and support of the dealer network.
Finance The Finance Department's primary thrust is
to record, monitor, analyze, publish, and project the financial and functional
results of our Company.
Human Resources The Human Resources Department's
primary thrust is to establish and administer equitable personnel policies and
procedures and provide support in the areas of human resources, employment,
training, safety, wage and benefit administration, and EEOC compliance.
Information Systems The Information Systems'
primary thrust is the maintenance and consistent upgrading of our computer
hardware, software, and telecommunications system in support of the growth and
mechanization of all other departments within the company.
